How to Use Clear Rigid Epoxy Casting Resin

Preparation: Ensure the work area is clean, dry, and dust-free. Seal porous surfaces such as wood before pouring to prevent air bubbles.

Mixing: Measure Part A and Part B accurately according to the supplied ratio. Mix thoroughly for 3–5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing container.

Pouring: Pour the mixed resin slowly into the mould or onto the surface. For deep pours, apply in layers according to the manufacturer’s maximum pour depth.

Bubble Removal: Use a heat gun or torch briefly over the surface to release trapped air bubbles. Repeat as needed during the early curing stage.

Curing: Allow the resin to cure undisturbed. Touch dry is typically achieved within 24–48 hours. Full mechanical strength develops over 5–7 days.
