How to Use General Purpose Epoxy Laminating Resin

Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or release agents. Cut reinforcement fabric to size before mixing.

Mixing: Measure Part A and Part B accurately according to the supplied ratio. Mix thoroughly for 3–5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing container.

Application: Apply the mixed resin to the reinforcement fabric using a brush, roller, or squeegee. Ensure full wet-out of the fabric to avoid dry spots.

Layering: Build up layers while the previous layer is still tacky to ensure proper bonding between laminates.
