(KYIV, UKRAINE) – The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put the Kotovsk winery up for sale in a privatisation auction with a starting price of 24.8 million hryvnias. At the current exchange rate, that equates to roughly 552,000 US dollars, 434,000 British pounds or 487,000 euros.

The fund announced the listing on its Facebook page, as reported by The Daily Handle. The online auction for the single property complex of the state enterprise Kotovsk Winery will take place on 28 July.

The complex is located in the town of Podilsk in the Odesa region. It comprises 19 units of real estate, 177 items of movable property, two vehicles and one unfinished construction project. The total area of the buildings stands at 6,300 square metres.

The single property complex is currently leased to LLC Winery KVZ. The production facilities are being used by the tenant to make and bottle wine products, including still, dessert and fortified grape wines, as well as processed grape wine materials for further bottling.

The enterprise reported income of 20.5 million hryvnias for the first three months of 2026. That is approximately 456,000 US dollars, 359,000 British pounds or 402,000 euros.

The State Property Fund noted separately that it recently held a successful auction for the property complex of the Dubliany distillery. The price of that asset rose from a starting level of 12.97 million hryvnias to a final figure of 26 million hryvnias. An auction for the Odesa Port Plant has been set for 19 October.
